Mr. Ilyas, the CEO and Head of Aviation Consultancy Division of the company, has served Pakistan International Airlines for 34 years. He retired from PIA in November’2010 as Manager Agency Affairs. Mr. Ilyas served as a Member of Committee for network Agency Distribution System of the National Carrier and developed Sales Agency Agreements both for passenger and Cargo General Sales Agents, Domestic Sales Agents, their operational procedure and criteria for their appointments.
Mr. Ilyas also represented PIA on IATA’s International/Regional bodies responsible for approving the rules and regulations for IATA’s Global Agency Distribution System. On behalf of IATA, he performed at the following positions for implementation of its Agency Distribution System in Pakistan.

- Local Coordinator for IATA’s Distance Learning Courses related to Marketing and Sales in the Aviation industry titled as IATA/UFTAA, IATA/FIATA and Airline Marketing.
M. Abbas, Principal Consultant
A passionate marketing & product management professional, Mr. Abbas possesses more than 20 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Management, HR, Product development & Management while working in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistani markets with world class multinationals. In his previous employments, he has been actively involved in sales & marketing, business development on regional levels in KSA, including serving as business manager with various top notch companies in Pakistan. Prior to establishing his own travel & tourism company in Ajman, UAE Mr. Abbas was working with Middle & Euro Tours as General Manager in Sharjah
Mr. Mahfooz Head of operations
Mr. Mahfooz has been managing all of our operations from last 4 years in U.A.E with exceptional skills of leadership and time management, all of the transport and other local arrangements like Food, laundry, Airport Meet & assist are strictly monitored and operated by his team under his supervision. His great navigational knowledge allows us to manage smooth transaction of daily large number of interview calls and its transportation. His friendly behavior ensures to achieve our vision of serving with an aim of making our candidates part of PMS family.
Faisal Ilyas, Business Development Manager
A passionate marketing & product development professional, Mr. Faisal possesses a Commerce degree with over 10 years of professional experience from United Arab Emirates & Pakistan. In his previous employments Air Arabia in UAE, he had been actively involved in marketing, product development & clients’ relationship management, including serving for Middle East & Euro Tours in UAE & Bukhari Group in Pakistan.
His focus on marketing & business development has resulted in the addition of several key accounts in PMS’s portfolio. He is actively managing our franchises in Islamabad & India (Indore) from Karachi station and serving as one point of contact for all candidates & partners.
